Found in the southern most tip of the lake near Ndole bay near the country of Zambia, the Dwarf sumbu shell compressiceps is a species rarely found in the hobby today. I have grown males as large as 3.5" and they were fat and had a full mouth of teeth. They are slow growers like most Altolamprologus and will need shells to hiding and breeding. Of all the calvus and compressiceps species we sell, this on is the highest recommended!
